After the exceptional circumstances where the tide, and adverse weather coincided last year the bosun has kindly puit together a list of threat dates for this year. Please note these indicate nothing more than a possible
threat if adverse weather conditions occur. Generally such dates will pass without concern.
A "rule of thumb" has been worked on of any High Water level above 5.8m (Leith Datum), be aware that Fidra is generally slightly lower than Leith tide for tide.
These figures must be viewed in conjunction with accurate weather forcast, especially wind direction in conjuction with these date
January 21st - Friday afternoon HW 15.34 until Sunday 23rd afternoon HW 16.59
