RYA Powerboat Level 2: 27th May & 3rd June (Dinghy Instructors Only)

Registration is essential for this event

This two-day course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat. It includes:

• Launching and Recovery
• Boat Handling
• Securing to Buoy
• Anchoring
  
• Coming Alongside
• Man Overboard
• Handling at Planning Speed
• Theory and Chart work

Following successful completion of the course, the trainee will achieve an RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate. 

Important Information for Participants

1. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for being afloat.

2. This course is only for prospective club Dinghy Instructors, if you wish to book an RYA Powerboat Level 2 course, please contact pbtraining@elyc.org.uk
