We have some great news. The ELYC bar will be open for business this weekend.
Things will be a bit different to ensure we remain Covid safe, but good friends in a nice environment will remain the constant. The plan is to open on Friday 1900-2100 and Saturday 1700-2000.
Booking Tables
Access to the bar can be booked via event registration on the club website This is to allow us to manage the number of people, maintain social distancing and gather the required trace information. Booking is mandatory.
Bookings are provided per table in 1 hour slots, however you can book your table for more than one hour by registering for consecutive hours, should you so wish.
Tables have been named to distinguish them. Each registration type represents a table booking of 1 hour. You may add a number of guests (members) up to the maximum occupancy of the table as shown in the registration form.
Please provide the names of your guests, if you are registering on their behalf.
The event registration process will ask for names, phone numbers and times for test and trace reasons.
In the Clubhouse
There will be a one way system in place, entry through the main door, exit and toilet access through front the emergency exit door in the bar - signs to help social distancing will also be in place.
Doors will be open to allow ventilation, please consider the temperature may be cool in the bar.
Please sanitise hands upon entry to the building - sanitiser will be available inside the front door.
If several groups arrive at the same time please allow time for each group to enter and observe social distancing.
If you are arriving and there is a group in the seats prior to you please allow for the bar volunteer to disinfect the surfaces prior to sitting.
The gents toilet will act as the disabled toilet. The ladies toilet well be the ladies changing room as per.
Please wear a face covering upon entry and until you get to your seat.
Service will be at the table, please do not approach the bar.
Payment will be by card only.
