10.8 (Sat)/10.7 (Sun)  In the event of a general recall the class that has failed to start will go to the end of the start sequence. The classes yet to start will continue as planned. The recalled class will start 2 minutes after the last class in the sequence. The First Substitute will be removed (without a sound signal) one minute after the recalled fleet's original starting signal. This changes RRS 29.2.
